Question:
Any suggestions for natural remedies, exercises etc?
Answer:
I found that allergies caused my severe panic attacks (at their worst,
even 25 minutes). I was tested , stay off the foods I'm allergic to, get
shots for inhalant allergies, and my panic stays to a minimum.
Someone here suggested the Bach Nature's Rescue Remedy to me and it's
great! I am really pleased with it.
Wild yam cream can help even if you're not in the perimeno age group.
ExStress is a formula that's helped me in the past but with the two above
I haven't really needed it - plus I'm taking something with skullcap and
kava in it.
Can you be a little more specific about these attacks? When they started
for example?
The operative word may not be "exercise," but "exorcise."
There are 26 references in the Bible to Jesus casting out
spirits. The problems caused by the disincarnate spirits
continue today, but the phenomena is unrecognized by virtually
all of the American medical community. Dr. Edith Fiore, a
psychologist and author of the book, "The Unquiet Dead," gives
a historical and metaphysical background on spirit possession.
Dr. Fiore states that "at least 70% of my patients were
possessed, and it was this condition which caused their
disease." (She further states that 100% of the hundreds of
patients she had treated for alcohol and drug abuse were
possessed.) I was amazed that in the workshop I took on this
issue, there were about a dozen people, most of us healers,
and every one of us had at least one possessing spirit (and
they were not spirits that we had picked up from our clients).
Dr. Fiore states, "Earthbound entities, either discarnate or
incorporated, have all their previous attitudes, prejudices,
addictions, ... fears, and hang-ups.... In the majority of cases,
there is a blending of the personalities and the onset of the
possession is only vaguely perceived, if at all." Phobias and
panic attacks are just a few of the symptoms manifested by the
possessing spirits. Dr. Fiore relates the case of one patient
who was possessed by a spirit who had died in a car wreck, and
whenever the patient tried to drive a car, the spirit
triggered the panic. I know another woman who had a panic
attack whenever she tried to leave her house. In her case,
the possessing spirit said that a woman's place was in the
home, and therefore was causing the panic in order to keep her
at home. The control of the possessing spirit(s) can be
anywhere from 2% to 100%, and it can vary from time to time.
Dr. Fiore gives a check list of 10 factors that a person can
use to judge if they may be possessed by spirits, such as low
energy, impulsive behavior, and memory problems. A highly
indicative key is that anyone who has had general anesthesia,
has been drunk, or been high on drugs has opened their
protective aura and was then vulnerable to spirit possession.
Psychologist Dr. Edith Fiore found that the abuse of drugs and
alcohol was due to spirit possession. She states, "Every one
of the hundreds of patients who I have treated who abused
drugs and alcohol was possessed! In all cases there were many
entities, most former drug abusers themselves, who continued
their habits through their victims, continually weakening them
for further possession.... The aura becomes
very weakened from continued drug use, allowing easy
possession by still others seeking a puppet, a pushover, or a
'sitting-duck,' as they have been described by their
possessors. Because the original personality is overwhelmed
by the addicted spirits, therapy is very difficult."
Dr. Fiore gives instructions for the methods she uses for
depossession, both for people and for houses. She states that
depossession therapy, by whatever name is used, is extremely
effective and efficient. Dr. Fiore found that "depossession
can be immediately and lastingly effective in bringing about
complete relief of symptoms." She states that "Taking a
quantum leap, I performed depossessions, freeing the 'lost
souls' and was surprised when these patients later reported an
immediate cessation of their symptoms, some even after years
duration."
Another method for depossession, which may be more powerful
than Dr. Fiore's method, can be found at

The most powerful method I've seen is the one used and taught
by Starr Fuentes, a healer who conducts workshops across the US. Her
method is employed using a channel who has a special energy grid. The
disincarnate spirit has no choice about being taken into the Light by
angels.
The tenth item in Dr. Fiore's check list is emotional and/or physical
reactions to reading her book. If this issue really makes you
uncomfortable, maybe it's not you causing that reaction.
I seem to remember reading an article in American Family Physician a few
years ago about panic attacks in young women. Apparently some young women
with panic attacks received pretty fair relief by adding additional table
salt to their diets and drinking plenty of water. Just like some people
are sensitive to too much salt in their diets and suffer from high blood
pressure, some young people may be sensitive to a lack of salt and suffer
from dehydration, transient low blood pressure and a reflex sympathetic
reaction. Anyway, it seems like a cheap and safe experiment to try.
