Question:
i suffer from panic disorder.
I have this desease for at least 10 years , bu only knowing it was PANIC
DISORDER for the last 5 years.
I'm using Seroxat (anti-depressum) and i think it isn't any helpfull for the
panic atacks.
My doctor won't give me any relaxing drugs like XANAX or OXACEPAM because he
wants me to face difficult situations as i am now and not with help of
nezo's or other benzo-like medicines.
Now i'm just starting on the internet and maybe some of you could help me
on where to find more info about panic disorder ?

You have come to a good place for information! I
also have Panic disorder and take Zoloft. Most of the time I do
allright on this and I prefer not to take anything else. In your case
if you think you need something else and the Dr. is'nt helping..maybe
you need to find a new Dr.? Anyway welcome to the group and ask
whatever you like...someone will probably know the answer!
