Anxiety/Panic Attack support groups in or around Halifax, Nova Scotia,
or where I could go to find out this information.

Ask your Family Doctor.
If you don't have a health care plan, psychologists are frighteningly
expensive. Maybe auntie can't afford one. If auntie happens to be a
university student, she should get her butt to student services who should
be able to be of big help, if they are halfway supportive.
