Question:
Is there anything that helps control / end panic attacks? I have
been having way too many the past few months. I had posted here a few
weeks ago thinking I was dying! I was sure my heart was going bad!
Answer:
Have you been to a cardiologist and ruled out a coronary artery
blockage? It sounds like your body is trying to tell you something. A
dizzy-lightheaded, nauseous and tired feeling sounds like your brain is
not getting enough blood.
You can sometimes get that feeling when you get up suddenly from
sitting or lying down. It's called orthostatic hypotension. When you
are in a prone postion, your blood pressure adjusts to a lower level.
When you stand up, your blood drains down into your legs and lower
torso. It takes a while for the body to get the blood pressure up and
so your brain is deprived of what it is used to. As a result, you have
the symptoms you mentioned.
If I were you, I would be certain what the cause is. A trip to your
doctor would seem to be a prudent thing to do. If you have already
done that, go to a book store and buy DR. DEAN'S PROGRAM FOR REVERSING
HEART DISEASE, The Only System Scientifically Proven to Reverse Heart
Disease Without Drugs or Surgery. Study that book and heed its advice.
If you think your symptoms are all in your head and you are wrong,
sometime in the future when you have your last symptom, you wont have
to worry about it any longer.
